Orders placed through Zai Zai Delivery may be cancelled under certain conditions.
Customers may cancel an order if:
The merchant has not yet started preparing the order
The order has not been assigned to a delivery rider
Once preparation or delivery has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
A merchant may cancel an order if:
The product is unavailable
There are operational issues preventing fulfillment
Customers will be notified immediately if this occurs.
Zai Zai Delivery reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
Suspected fraud
Payment issues
System errors
If an order is cancelled by the platform, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
