Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed through Zai Zai Delivery may be cancelled under certain conditions.

Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order if:

  • The merchant has not yet started preparing the order

  • The order has not been assigned to a delivery rider

Once preparation or delivery has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Merchant Cancellation

A merchant may cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • There are operational issues preventing fulfillment

Customers will be notified immediately if this occurs.

Platform Cancellation

Zai Zai Delivery reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment issues

  • System errors

If an order is cancelled by the platform, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
